Land grant, as military warrant, "in consideration of military services performed by "Thomas Fox (a captain for the seventh year of his service) ... There is granted ... to the said Thomas Fox and James Taylor ... six hundred and sixty six and two thirds acres ... situated between the Little Miami and Sciota Rivers, north-west of the River Ohio ... on the waters of the Stonelick fork of the east fork of Miami ... as tenants in common and not as joint tenants."
